PTFE / PFA Glass Fiber Backed Sheet (GBK Sheet) is a composite sheet made of high‑strength glass fiber fabric as backing, impregnated or coated with PTFE/PFA fluoropolymer. The glass fiber backing provides excellent tensile strength, tear resistance and dimensional stability, overcoming the cold flow, deformation and low mechanical strength of pure PTFE sheet; while the PTFE/PFA coating retains the core properties of fluoropolymers.

PTFE grade: resistant to almost all strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, with extremely low friction coefficient, outstanding non‑stick property, excellent electrical insulation and wide temperature range.

PFA grade: thermoplastic and heat‑weldable, ideal for on‑site splicing of large‑size tank lining to minimize joint gaps and improve overall anti‑corrosion sealing, with excellent permeation resistance.

Single‑side or double‑side coating available. Widely used in chemical anti‑corrosion equipment lining, tank lining, reactor liner plates, pipeline gaskets, conveyor belts, high‑frequency insulation parts and release fabrics.
